Supporting Compassionate Practice in Childhood Settings and Families
I work in close collaboration with management teams to support the integration of compassionate, connected approaches to working with children. My consultancy focuses on embedding these principles into every layer of a setting—from its people and relationships to the environment and underlying systems.
This often includes the delivery of tailored training sessions and interactive workshops designed to inspire and empower teams. I also offer mentoring and side-by-side support, helping staff to put theory into practice in real time
Alongside my work with professionals, I support families in building deeper connections with their children.
Together, we explore ways to understand behaviour through a lens of curiosity, authenticity, and empathy.
My approach encourages parents and carers to move beyond quick fixes, instead fostering meaningful relationships based on mutual respect and emotional insight.
Whether I’m working in a nursery, school, or home, my aim is always the same: to help create environments where children feel seen, heard, and valued—and where the adults around them feel confident, supported, and inspired in their role.
